IT'S SPRING BREAK!!

Are you at a hotel? Go to the workout room!
Are you at home? Turn on some music and do some crunches and squats!
Are you bored wherever you are? It's ok, look up workout videos on YouTube!

1.Cardio- 25- 50 Jumping Jacks
2.Abs- 30 second to 1 minute Plank
3.Arms and Legs-30 second to 1 minute High Knees punches
