Welcome to Royal Fitness blog. We are a group of students at Carter G Woodson Academy in Lexington Kentucky. Royal Fitness is the name of our STLP project. The main goal is to better the health and fitness of our school staff and students.
This is your day to choose anything you want to do. You can do
- Power Knees
- Slap Back Jacks
- High Knees
- Squat Lunges(Lunge then squat then lunge repeat)
- Jumping Jacks
-ANYTHING YOU WANT!
